I'm an independent consultant and contractor. I help organisations design, build and productionise reliable software on Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on practical delivery.
I work as a trusted advisor and hands-on across the full lifecycle — discovery and solution shaping, architecture, build, CI/CD, operational readiness and a handover that operations teams can actually support. I'm comfortable with everyone from founders and engineering leads to enterprise architects and operations teams, translating business goals into concrete technical decisions and executable plans. Increasingly that includes pragmatic GenAI adoption — RAG and LLM integration on Azure, built with the same discipline as everything else.
Analytical and methodical, but adaptive to context and pragmatic. I'm driven by real-world impact, and I get there through communication, collaboration, proactive testing, documentation and honest feedback loops with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and operations teams.
